Eisenhart to Head Northwestern Mutual’s Human Resources Department

MILWAUKEE (BUSINESS WIRE), March 31, 2011 - Joann M. Eisenhart has been named vice president - human resources of Northwestern Mutual, effective March 1, 2011. She was also named an executive officer of Northwestern Mutual, a leading financial security company.

Eisenhart previously served as senior vice president - human resources with Pfizer, Inc., the world’s largest biopharmaceutical company, leading site-based HR generalist teams and shared service centers that support more than 100,000 employees worldwide.

Prior to joining Pfizer, she served in numerous human resources and scientific leadership roles over a 16-year career with Rohm and Haas Co.

Eisenhart holds doctorate degrees in human and organizational development from the Fielding Graduate University and in inorganic chemistry from the University of Wisconsin. She earned her undergraduate degree in chemistry from the University of Illinois.
