Northwestern Mutual Appoints Three Executives to New Leadership Roles
Blaise Beaulier, Meg Jansky and Kamilah Williams-Kemp awarded promotions

MILWAUKEE, February 10, 2015 – Northwestern Mutual today announced the promotion of three executives. Effective February 1, Meg Jansky, Blaise Beaulier and Kamilah Williams-Kemp will be accepting new titles and responsibilities.

Kamilah Williams-Kemp has been promoted to executive officer of Northwestern Mutual and vice president – long-term care.

Williams-Kemp joined Northwestern Mutual in 1999 as an underwriter in the Disability Income department. She has held multiple leadership positions at the company, with her experience spanning the New Business, Human Resources and Agencies departments. Most recently, she served as director – specialty life underwriting. In 2010, she spent six months in Northwestern Mutual’s Kentucky/Southern Indiana network office, working closely with Northwestern Mutual financial representatives and leaders on projects related to recruiting, operations, sales and marketing, and leadership development.

Meg Jansky has been promoted to executive officer and vice president – field integration.

Jansky joined Northwestern Mutual in 1986, and has worked in a variety of key operational and information technology positions. Her most recent role was as vice president – field services and support, where she provided the foundation for efficient operations to enable the growth of Northwestern Mutual’s field of 8,000 financial representatives across the U.S. In that role, Jansky’s team was responsible for field technology, contract licensing and registration, and support of various operations in the company’s network offices.  She also co-chaired Northwestern Mutual’s Field Operations and Technology Committee.

Blaise Beaulier has been promoted to executive officer and vice president of enterprise projects and support.

Beaulier joined Northwestern Mutual in 1988 as a programmer analyst in the Information Systems Department. He was promoted to the role of manager in 1995 and became assistant director with responsibility for the Life Product, Marketing, and Agency system applications in 2000. In 2004, Beaulier joined the Corporate Planning Department as a director of projects where he continued to mature the company's portfolio management processes including the corporate project prioritization process. He returned to the Information Systems Department where he was appointed vice president in 2008.
