Northwestern Mutual extends its support to families and businesses affected by the severe weather and tornadoes in Arkansas. 

The Arkansas Insurance Department has directed insurance carriers to work with their policyholders who reside in Cross, Lonoke and Pulaski counties, when contacted by those policyholders requesting a 60-day moratorium (3/31/23-5/31/23) on policy cancellation and non-renewal for nonpayment of premiums due to impacts of the severe weather. 

If an insured impacted by the severe weather requests a copy of his or her insurance policy (e.g., due to loss), a copy shall be provided at no cost to the insured.
