For Policyowners residing in Arkansas:

Northwestern Mutual extends its support to families and businesses affected by the severe weather and tornadoes in Arkansas. 

The Arkansas Insurance Department has directed insurance carriers to work with their policyholders who reside in northwest Arkansas and north central Arkansas counties, when contacted by those policyholders requesting a 60-day moratorium (5/26/2024-7/25/2024) on policy cancellation and non-renewal for nonpayment of premiums due to impacts of the severe weather.
